“doTERRA goes beyond being the top producer and distributor of essential oils and touches the lives of more than 3 million Wellness Advocates and employees worldwide,” said David Stirling, doTERRA founding executive and CEO. “Being named one of America’s Best Employers speaks to the inspiring environment and culture we seek to create every day with our employees, one that is focused on empowerment and enhancing personal development. Our goal is to build a culture that extends far beyond us to reach to every corner of the globe.”
The companies on the Forbes list of best midsize employers were chosen based on an independent survey among a sample of nearly 30,000 American employees working for midsize companies or institutions. The survey focused on companies from all industry sectors employing more than 1,000 workers, and was performed by global digital data collection partners who use innovative technology and sampling methods to gain a deeper understanding of consumer opinions and behavior. Participation in the survey was voluntary and respondents were recruited from thousands of sources to maximize reach, and best represent American employees.
